Centerpieces/Decorations?

I have decided (after great help from the Y!A members) to have my wedding on a park. I will be renting a pavillion and having a catered BBQ reception. For flowers I will be using daisies and my colors are fuschia, tangerine, and ivory. My question is, how can I decorate the tables for this very casual wedding? What other flowers look nice with gerbera daisies? If you have any pictures to share that would be a huge help! Thanks!
Centerpieces/Decorations?
Go with ivory tablecloth with the fuschia or tangerine napkins. I would then place 3 small to medium size flower arrangements on each table. The fill in the areas between the flowers you could either scatter rose petals in your colors or get candies like kisses wrapped in orange and pink foil.

Reply:If the tables are long, use large checkered gingham fabric for tablecloths. Tie napkins with raffia. Put your flowers in canning jars.
Reply:Hi. Why not do something really simple and use the gerbera daisies. They are such a pretty "fun" flower! Do the bold color of fuchsia and tangerine.....maybe one of each in a vase. OR, as someone already suggested....put them in an unusual container....like a canning jar and tie colored raffia (in tangerine or fuchsia) around the top.
Reply:Hey, Rae Rae ---- I was at a wedding last summer, very similar to what you're going to do. Whole roast pig, corn on the cob, lots of salads, etc. Great food; just really messy. One of the wedding favors was a bib for the guests. It was a hand towel with 2 ribbons sewn on. It was sooooooooo much fun !!!I can't help you with flowers, sorry. Have fun, and good luck !
Reply:what about natural greenery from outside?!!!!
Reply:ooo i don't know, but that all sounds very nice! i think just the daisies would look nice...i've never seen them paired with anything else. esp since they come in so many colors.
Reply:I think the Gerbera daisies by themselves would be fine. Sometimes using a single type of flower can make more of an impact than a mixed variety. Plus the Gerbera daisy makes such a strong statement that they look better alone. Here's a site with lots of varieties and some ways to present them on the tables:

Other decor ideas: decorate the long tables with 3 of the daisy arrangements and intersperse clusters of votive candles in between. You can also decorate the ceiling of the pavillion with round lanterns in coordinating colors.

I wouldn't do the picnic gingham check tablecloth. If you want a classic feel, go for a beigy cloth and let your decor bring in all the color. Or if you want something more colorful, try a kelly green cloth which would compliment the fuschia %26amp; tangerine flowers. Or use tangerine colored cloths and use only fushia daisies in centerpieces.
