How do I save my gerberas?

I have these gerberas in a plant box for a couple of months now. They have been healthy and blooming until last week i noticed that the leaves have become very soft and the flowers have wilted (even those that just bloomed).

The environment didnt change and I still water them regularly (once a day or every two days, depends if the soil is till moist).

For sunlight, they are not exposed to direct sunlight except for the morning sun.
